Business continuity update – COVID-19

In regards to the changing daily circumstances around the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Key Digital would like to ensure clients and wider businesses that we are doing everything we can to maintain our usual high level of service.

As expected, we have been inundated with enquiries regarding the fulfillment of our customers’ existing print devices and consumables. We are currently operating under a skeleton staff to facilitate customer needs and answer any enquiries.

We have also received a large number of enquiries from existing and new clients to explore solutions for their employees working from home. We are able to offer a number of solutions including flexible, short-term rental contracts on devices, as well as integrating scanning, workflow and cloud-based solutions.
